•     Preparation, Development and Maintenance of the Overall Master Plan Schedule in accordance with Company Procedures and Client Contractual requirements during all stages (Initiation, Tendering, Construction and Closeout phases).
•     Supervising, Controlling and Ensuring compatibility of Engineering, Main Contractors and Subcontractors Schedules with the Master Plan Schedule and Contract requirements.
•     Working with all disciplines of the Project on all levels (Management, Client, Engineering and Contractor levels) to ensure all parties have full understanding of the Master Plan’s needs and integration requirements.
•     Followup, Monitoring, Control and Reporting on all Project Management aspects during all phases of the Project.
•     Assisting Company/Client with Decision Making with regards to Project Management Issues.
•     Identifying schedule-related cost trends for management attention.
•     Supervising and providing technical direction for cost engineering and/or planning/scheduling activities, when delegated.
•     Conducting and Coordinating PM related training/development/updating sessions for team members.
