•     Principal design Planning Engineer for large (circa £1bn) international enrichment facility project located in mainland Europe.
•     Oversee all design planning aspects relating to project, including feasibility studies, construction, design changes, delivery and commissioning.
•     Manage fully resourced multi disciplined and integrated plan to ensure activities are complete in accordance with both the project needs and the availability of resource in a challenging environment that requires expert limited resource.
•     Work closely (both remotely and directly) with planning teams across Europe to develop an integrated and workable schedule for the customer.
•     Maintain close, successful and professional relationship work Lead Engineers and Licensing Managers to ensure accomplishment of company goals and milestones.
•     Extensive European travel to construction site, customer and suppliers to develop a positive relationship.
•     Lead in the development of a new risk process, focussing on developing realistic baseline schedules, mitigation activities and contingency, my experience with Primavera Risk Analysis (Pertmaster) has allowed me to take the lead and drive the process forward.
•     Produce planning design contribution to the monthly project report, including progress update, current/potential issues, successes and look-aheads. Produce Level 2 schedule for high level monthly report
•     Work, on a daily basis in Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis (Pertmaster) and Microsoft Office Packages (including Project)
