Reporting includes highlighting monthly SPI and CPI figures, Earned value analysis and highlighting problems that may occur in the future such as potential changes in the critical path, new risks (or redundant ones) and other issues that may effect the delivery of projects
•     Liaise with Project Leads, Implementation Leads and Contractors both on and off site on a daily basis to ensure alignment with the plan and therefore a successful outcome to each project.
•     Work, on a daily basis in Primavera P3e, Pertmaster Risk Analysis, Microsoft Office Packages (including Project) and SAP.
•     Run and facilitate in Interactive Planning Sessions, a method of creating WBS and initial schedules that have early buy-in for all stakeholders
