I have gained a vast experience in Planning over the past 35 years covering many areas within the various industries working on Major Projects including Design Feed, EPC contracts, LNG, Oil & Gas, Refinery  Petro-Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Commissiong & Start Up and Offshore Projects both in the Norwegian sectors & the Middle East, Qatar, Al-Khobar Saudi Arabia & Russia

Planning analyses and tracking of construction of 65 LNG modules through the Laem Chabang Primary Yard, highlighting schedule variances and critical path concerns,and recommending rectification measures as necessary to support on-time and on-budget project completion Liaising between construction contractors, EPCM   management and site supervision to accurately report on progress status, as well as actual and forecast project progress managing and mentoring of EPCM planning team

Representing the Client on the1st FDA approved new Sterile Preparation Manufacturing Plant in Indonesia.
Duties to compile a detailed level 4 EPC schedule, monitoring SVP (small volume parental) area &, Low Volume parentals section of the plant.

Additionally incorporating a Utilities building and a Waste Water Treatment Plant, preparing and tracking progress measurement by relative weighted EPC using PMS(Project Measurement System).
