Responsible to the project manager for the provision of engineering and project control programme(s) in line with both internal and client issued procedures and requirements to delivery a gas recirculation station. My responsibilities included:

• Liaison with the engineering leads, manager and project manager to create and develop their integrated working plans.
• Assessing and reporting the cost, resource, and schedule impacts associated with emergent and additional project works.
• The update and reporting of approved changes to project schedules and cost and resource schedule loading.
• Capture of all changes both baseline and commercial.
