Responsible for the PMC supervision of on-site planning and scheduling of the Flexsys PPD2 Facility, Antwerp. This was comprised of a Process Building, two Tankage Storage and Loading & Unloading areas, a Cooling Tower, and an Incinerator, a Santotherm Heater, several piperacks and an MCC building. The scope of work included Civils, tank erection, steelwork, pipework, equipment, electrical and instrumentation, painting and insulation. Liaised with all contractors and supervised their construction programs. Produced all management graphics and progress reports. Attended weekly progress meetings with contractors and client.
