Responsible for the on-site planning and scheduling of the Phenol Revamp. This was comprised of two schedules. One for pre-shutdown work and one for shutdown work. The pre-shutdown schedule consisted of the prefabrication of pipework, the removal of some existing equipment and the installation of some equipment. The shutdown schedule consisted of the removal of existing pipework and equipment and the installation of remaining pipework and equipment. The shutdown period was nine weeks long. Produced all management graphics and progress reports. Attended weekly progress meetings with the construction team, the managing contractor and the client.
