Responsible for the planning and scheduling of part of the ‘Power Supply Upgrade’ contract for the Inner London and Kent areas. The works were comprised of the staged installation or modification to various Substations and Feeder cabling. This was to accommodate the increased power supply requirements of the new trains to be installed in this region. Responsible for all planning requirements. Attended meetings with Project Managers, Engineers and the client, Network Rail. Produced management graphics and progress reports. Carried out site visits to check on progress and site requirements.
