•My work concentrated on accounting used hours, labor consumption and hours ready to use in internal data base, control and analyzes that comparing with external data base our company.
•I checked master of production (foreman & supervisors, field managers) in my division from efficiency, productivity, labor consumption, progress at work connected with time limits, processes, ship units, and subcontractors. In my division we had cut all steel plates for all ships, in summary 110.000[Mg] for year, it is more than 2.000.000[km] cut steel.
•I was responded for production framework (time bound) for every month and do it enable target with one should be captured. My activity focused on the routing and steering production framework for master of production each from 6 processes, to be done most of all our scope, using critical path method CPM and others KAJZEN, , Lean, SIX SIGMA, ABC, PROCESS MAPPING , etc
IN NORWAY (03-2005-12-2006):
•I was responsible for men hours, planned and executed manning, efficiency, productivity and progress, right registration things mentioned above and information connected with time limits, costs and quality. Also connected with this workers replacing and workers removing between contracts.
•Handling personal safety equipment needs and creating relevant specifications
•Creating cash needs to paid expense allowance in every two weeks periods.
•Managing medical take care during and after accidents.
•Preparing accommodations for working staff on contracts.
•Arranging free time for workers: trips, barbeque, fishing etc
IN POLAND (12.2006-09-2008:
•Im was working as a Financial Controller, implementing in Genfer Lloyd Company Group controlling system, how to accounting man-hours from projects and stabilizing Cash Flow for whole company. I’m also supervising projects budgets trespass, costs controll etc.
