- Development of the project(s) plan and assuring its use in guiding execution of participating departments responsibilities.
- Planning and controlling materials, manpower and equipments for implemented project(s). Recommending corrective actions when deviation occurs.
- Review and analysis of productivity based on input from project teams and forecasting of all cost elements on the project, including changes.
- Preparing periodic management reports and facilitates project team meetings including Cost, Schedule, and Trending discussions.
