Cost Control Manager From March 05 to March 08

Manager of cost control team in Arya Sasol(a JV of Iranian NPC and South African Sasol Polymer) . Construction Cost engineering and management including: project budgeting(overall and annual ) ,cost schedule control, Reporting and revising estimations and forecasts on weekly ,monthly and seasonal based , claim preparation and consideration of contractors claims against ASPC , contract management and commercial planning services for Arya Sasol’s 9th Olefins refinery plant which was Euro1.3Billion Project at Iranian southern city of Assaluyeh in South Pars Special Zone.


ERP Support Project Manager From September 07 to May 08 (Secondary position, the Same time Cost Control Manager in the company)
Support Manager for installation and starting up of Swedish IFS’s ERP software in Arya Sasol 9th Olefine plant. The mentioned ERP solution version included Financial, Logistic (Input/Output), HR and Production Planning parts. Managing and coordination for installation and set up the system, data entry and commissioning the system at the same time of finishing the construction and starting up the refinery plant.
