Over 3 Years of experience in Project Controls Department working in the petrochemicals in-dustry.
Supporting the Project Control department to ensure that, the project planning deliverables / company’s business needs are fulfilled. Planning & cost control for the Engineering aspects of the Project. Updating / maintaining & Tracking of Engineering/Drawing Schedule, MR/PR status, order / delivery status etc., Prepare & maintain WBS for all project phases and scope of work. Allocate the project control budget into the appropriate cost control system. Drawing discipline & commodity S-curves. Review/Approve 30/60/90 day schedules. Monitor progress against project base line schedules, update progress weekly/monthly, analyze deviations / variance and recommend remedial actions. Interact, Co-ordinate with Project Managers & support the team to achieve the target progress. Co-ordinate with various discipline departments to re-port against key performance indicators and conduct productivity analysis. Setup, maintenance and development of reporting systems such as Incontrol, EDSR and Primavera 5e providing graphical reports such as Progress S-Curves, forecasting reports and 6 week look ahead. Providing support on all Feed projects and working fulltime for major projects such as GUP (Gas Utilization Project) for TCO (Tengizchevroil) and SEP (Sulfur Expansion Project (TCO). Other duties involved support and training to team members.
