Production of Initial Contract Schedule
Assessment and integration of Clients Commissioning Programme
Creating bar-charts, histograms and S-curves where required.
Projecting future resource requirements to the client on a monthly basis.
Assessing impact to the schedule on scope changes identified during the course of the project
Preparation & reporting of weekly progress reports highlighting potential risks to the project.
Preparing detailed reports on pipework meterage being installed and field welds completed.
Liaison with client Project Controls Manager to provide updates on site Productivity
Attendance at Site Construction Meeting with Client to report on progress on a weekly basis.
Vetting of site allocation sheets to ensure correct booking of time by operatives
