May, 2008 Producing and maintaining plans from level 1 to level 4 for the D&L project team using primavera P3e (V5).
Creating bar-charts, histograms and S-curves where required.
Projecting future resource requirements for the site contractor and drawing office before class III estimates are available.
Using class III and II estimates when available to refine the information on the overview Plans.
Producing detailed installation and commissioning plans for short term projects such as tank farm and plant outages.
Integrating any project plan activities into the TAR plan where project work is involved and generating the JTD’s from the integrated TAR plan.
Reviewing all work orders raised by the project team engineers for correct information including priorities, codes, dates etc. and updating the work order matrix.
Review the weekly SMS plan to assess any changes to the target installation dates and impact on project plans.
