As a Lead Project Engineer (functionally Project Manager) I am involved in management of multi-million Oil & Gas Engineering, Procurement and Construction Projects from Front End Design to Project financial Close-out within schedule & cost to an acceptable quality, as a Single Point Responsibility. Key tasks are:-

1.     Manage and coordinate multidiscipline engineering activities to ensure projects are executed in a safe, efficient, cost effective and timely manner.
2.     Manage technical and commercial coordination interface with client, as single point contact, to ensure that the client’s expectations are satisfied.
3.     Manage Cost & Schedule control estimates & Project key control documents.
4.     Manage assigned budgets within WorleyParsons total scope.
5.     Manage and builds healthy client relationships with quick response and proactively resolves the issues.
6.     Manage Quality system by complying to the WorleyParsons policies and procedures.
7.     Manage Engineering, Procurement & Construction team to focus on the achievement of milestones and project objectives.
8.     Manage and monitor the closure of all potential risks and opportunities.
9.     Manage procurement initiation and further activities with vendors till delivery of materials at site.
10.     Manage all Project reporting, interface definition, interface management, variance logs, Advice notes, Change orders, Change requests, Close-out of audit action items, project issues and HSE matters.
11.     Maintain HSE focus within the team to ensure OHSE requirements included in design and procurement.
12.     Prepare Project Execution Plans highlighting project activities and directives in detail.
13.     Ensure the project conforms to the client’s approved Basis of Design and all applicable regulatory and code requirements.
14.     Ensure HSE matters in Project planning & implementation.
