Sr.planning engineer

     Review and approve / comment on time schedule programs as submitted by contractors to ensure the Construction Schedule is in compliance with the overall project schedule.

     Preparing the Master programs with cost loaded for our design projects (incorporating all sub-consultant) to control the project cost and time.
     Updating programs and prepare recovery plan when required.
     Understanding Client’s requirements for the Project through continuous consultation with Client throughout the performances of the Services
     Collecting progress information of site activities from various parties.
     Submitting Monthly Progress Report (including Exception Report and Progress Photographs) to Client.
     Reviewing the Time Schedules submitted by the Contractors and subsequently monitoring & controlling their work progress based on approved Target program
     Tracking the variances/ delays of work progress to target and Guiding Contractors by suggesting corrective actions to mitigate delays in the work progress, and following up the same regularly.
     Participating in Progress Meetings.
     Guiding Contractors to prepare Acceleration program and Recovery program, when necessary.
     Coordinating with other Engineers (Project Architect, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer) associated with the project
     Reviewing the time and cost assessments for the Site Instructions.
     Reviewing Contractor’s Time Extension Claim and giving recommendations to Client
