The scheme involved the construction of a £400M modern, compact and efficient 885 Megawatt Combined Cycle Gas Turbine power station with high quality contemporary industrial architectural design. The contract was based upon NEC 3 option D with a Target cost with Bill of Quantities. I was responsible for integrating the subcontractor programmes into master programme and converting the tender programme to construction programme using Primavera P5 Enterprise scheduling software monitoring and updating of project progress, rescheduling programmes, assessing actual v planned progress, maintaining and archiving electronic copies of the programmes, producing overall and sectional Earned Value curves, compiling and publishing bi-monthly project board reports.
