-     Preparation of Level-III plan (i.e. detailed project plan) having Zone & Area wise organization of activities under Project scope of Work.
-     Regularly performing critical path analysis, anticipating bottlenecks and highlighting these to Site Manager and Construction Manager.     
-     Updating activities in level-III plan (i.e. Detailed Project Plan prepared in Primavera P3) in close co-ordination with Area In-charges & Construction Manager.
-     Preparation of MRP (Material Requirement Plan) on monthly & yearly basis.
-     Generating progress and efficiency reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
-     Hands on knowledge about company systems including Primavera P3, DPMS (Descon Progress Monitoring System), DCS (Document Control System), GDMS (Gainful Deployment of Manpower System), GDES (Gainful Deployment of Equipment System), SBT (used for Finance & store inventory control) etc. and ensuring that these systems are being properly implemented at site.
-     Identifying updated requirement of manpower, direct materials, direct consumables & equipment based on 3-month look-ahead plan.
-     Finalizing 3-months & 4-week look-ahead plans based on updated base line schedule & work front availability status from Client, in consultation with Area In-charges, Construction Manager & Site Manager.
-     Generating and analyzing standard reports related to progress and efficiency from PCS (Project Control System) on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
-     Ensuring allocation of drawing to WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and OBS (Organization Breakdown Structure).
-     Keeping Site Manager updated on all matters related to progress and coordinating with Financial Controller and Contracts Engineer to submit Weekly Project Performance Report to the Site Manager for onward transmission to Head Office through head BA (Business Area).
-     Keeping updated details of Bill of Quantities (B.O.Q).
-     Ensuring control of updated versions of drawings, specifications, recall of obsolete documents and that all activities at site are carried out on latest revisions.
-     Making Revenue & Cost forecast based on to date project progress for remaining project duration for each financial year for financial planning purpose.
-     Working for preparation & revisions of Project Budget based on to date project financial condition & balance quantities (i.e. to be executed) in Coordination with Construction Manager & Project Manager.
-     Fully aware of scope of work, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Organization Breakdown structure (OBS) and work procedures. Preparation of grid/matrix to show splitting of work into zones, areas, disciplines and supervisor.
-     Supporting Contracts/Cost Engineer in preparation of contractual claims and invoices.
-     Ensuring that extra work is properly estimated and monitored and that subcontract work in progress is included in the overall scheme.
-     Understanding the projects chart of accounts and its mapping on to the company’s cost centers and working closely with the Financial Controller in developing cost reports comparing cost vs. revenue on a cost center basis.
-     Estimation of quantities from drawings for Planning & Progress Monitoring Purpose.
-     Following up customer or engineering company for delivery of Construction drawings as per agreed schedule.
-     Preparation of shop drawings & BBS (Bar Bending Schedules) & following up their approval from the Engineer.
-     Preparation & verification of Subcontractor bills & maintaining their record.
-     Closely coordinating with customer for changes in plan, priorities, technical queries and how they effect contractual obligations & milestones. Informs Contracts/Cost Engineer in case these changes have some cost impact.
-     Preparing and submitting Progress reports to customer/Client on weekly & monthly basis.
