Part of a team project managing both maintenance and capital projects of various budgets and durations. My responsibility is to provide total overall project leadership. Duties encompassing but not limited to, Initial scope of work development with client, preparing and issuing 10,20 or 30% TBE’s and/or lump sum tenders. Advising and consulting client on construction strategies and methods. Setting up/building work packs, producing ITP’s etc & assigning supervision on successful order placement, Cost monitoring & reporting. Technical guidance for supervision and provision of engineering solutions. Commissioning and project closeout.
