I was Chief Cost Engineer in the construction of a Plaza, Museum and Offices in Caracas, Venezuela. This construction site covered 4 acres and included 4 underground levels and 6 floors of building. I was involved in the full range of civil construction, including structure build, pouring of 60,000 cubic meters of reinforced concrete, masonry work, painting, electrical, plumbing, and asphalt installations.

I was site Construction Manager assistant, Cost Engineer assistant and finally Chief Cost Engineer during construction of the Plaza Museo for the Central Bank of Venezuela in Caracas, Venezuela. This was a major project for the Central Bank of Venezuela with standards and project design made by a nationally awarded architecture office. The project took 480,000 man-hours to complete. I also was involved in foremen supervision and assistant, measures controller, valuations and escalatory preparations, additional works offers and evaluation.
