The value of the project is $50 MM USD started in January 2006, with 1,200,000 man-hours planned

• Accountable for Project Planning, Management, Quality Assurance and Cost Control
• Designed & implemented Project scheduling, monitored projects and conducted inspections
• Corresponded with clients, managed escalations & claims and liaised with Labor Unions

Supervised 1000 direct workers and 60 staff personnel as well as 350 direct workers and 20 staff personnel respectively
