Responsible for the development of Artemis 2000 and Artemis Project Planning Systems within the Planning Function. Preparation of Tender Programmes and Construction Programmes for Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation work packages for Oil-fired Power Stations, food processing plants, gas handling plants, oil refineries, nuclear power station, paper mills etc. Preparation of programs including Precedence Networks, Network Drawing, Activity Schedules, Resource Loading and Forecasting, Manpower Histograms Aggregation and Summations and the creating and writing of computer programmes as and when required. The overseeing of many Contracts around the country following the requirements of BS 5750 for Quality Control.
