August, 2008 1. Project site based planning and controlling of projects from contract award to completion.
2. Manage a team of two to four planning engineers and prepare overall Master Construction Schedule (FIDIC Clause 14 Programme), fully quantified and labour resourced using computer planning software Primavera version 3.1
3. Update master schedule weekly and identify potential schedule conflicts and risks to contract manager.
4. Analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and identify deviations and potential risks.
5. Develop and maintain Earned Value project control curves and reports.
6. Preparation and issue of information required schedule and procurement schedule.
7. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
8. Prepare weekly discipline look ahead schedules.
9. Integrate the sub-contractors schedule into the overall construction schedule.
10. Review sub-contractors schedule for logic, contract compliance and interface dates.
11. Support site manager in risk mitigation and claims review.
12. Preparation of Time-Impact Schedule / Delay analysis.
13. Preparation of EOT claims documentation based on Primavera CPM and presentation document thereof.
14. Co-ordination with subcontractors.
15. Provide in house support to the client Dubai Festival City in the development of their project schedules.
16. Guide main design & construct contractors in the development of their master schedule in accordance with the contract’s requirements.
17. Review main contractors design, procurement & construction schedule for logic, contract compliance and interface with other projects being executed by the client.
18. Review contractors weekly and monthly progress reports.
19. Prepare monthly progress report and progress curves for clients review.
20. Assist the client in risk mitigation and claim review.
21. Support the commercial team with cash flow and monthly valuations based on cost loaded programme.
22. Departmental representative at the project weekly progress meetings and senior management project review meetings.
