-Checking up the distribution of quantity for each sector of road;
-Quantities/Costs tracking and claims initiating;
-The control of the designed works quantities and the observations drawing up;
-Checking up the Bill of Quantity and compare with quantity from the working drawings.
-Preparing the structure of the project (WBS) in Primavera Enterprise, assignment of resources and costs to a project in accordance with break down structure, preparing the schedule in Primavera Enterprise for works graphics and add all the technological relationships (SS, SF, FS, FF) in the project for all activity to arrive at finish data of the project, Critical Path analysis with all terms from the contract;
-Leveling of resources, the baseline establishment, the evidence of the as build progress on the site, perceiving of the progress of the works using Primavera Enterprise, the evidence of events issued in the contract progress, impact analysis of the events regarding of the new completion date of the project, critical and the longest path of the project analysis, different reports: cash flow, resources reports;
-Supervising of the contract’s development and their costs.
-Monthly site visits, continuous monitoring and assistance on updating of the Program of Works and the Cash Flow
