Change in original duration
Original duration in my baseline programme is of 1069 days. When i assign and maintain this baseline into a similar programme in which i am updating the progress, the original duration is changing to 1469 days. I believe the duration has to be the same as of baseline.
FYI: The baseline start and Finish are intact but the problem is only with the duration.

The difference in days between both durations are 400 days, and from the original duration 1069 days is around 3 years
if the first calendar works on 5 days basis and the other calendar works on 7 days basis, the difference make (52*2*3)312 days, the other 88 days are due to the holidays assignment difference in both calendars throughout the 3 year of original duration.

Can you check the calendars used by both schedules? It looks like one schedule uses a 5 days / week calendar and the other a 7 days / week calendar.
