HELLO , I have recently comleted B.TECH IN INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEERING in India. Would it be wise to start off  my career as Planning engineer or some hands on experience as field engineer is first required?? Do planning engineers in instrumentation field have good scope for career advancement?
