Defended and prepared claims where appropriate. Produced risk assessments on the likely consequential liability or success of a given claim. Prepared Statements of Case for adjudication. Drafted amendments to standard form and bespoke contracts. Drafted Collateral Warranties, Novation and Assignment Agreements.
