Project – Development of ISF(Military) Camp at Duhail, Doha Qatar. (Scope includes 30 Gate Buildings, 18 Substations, 1 District Cooling Plant, 1 Sky diving training building, 1 VIP Main Gate, Boundary Wall and Pumping stations with Tanks).
Coordinate with all the (Civil and MEP) departments and prepare the Baseline program.
Issue monthly and weekly targets to Construction Managers/Site Engineers and prepare weekly progress layouts based on the progress acheived.
Update the program and prepare analysis reports (weekly & monthly).

· Scope – Complete MEP Installation in Qatar Foundation Head Quarter Building.

· Prepare Plans with reference to Civil & Architecture and implement at site in coordination with Construction Manager and Site Engineers.

· Assign resources and prepare resource plans and display the Histograms.
