This project involved expeditiing the development of an existing care home which had stalled. Working with the owner I developed a Planning Application strategy & documented this in a Primavera programme. Assisted in replacing the architects. Agreeing a new design, review & public consultation programme with the new architects & heritage consultants. This resulted in the timely submission of a sucessful Planning Application to the local authorities.
