Development and implementation of the overall program schedule for the T1C Redevelopment Project.

Identification of the critical and key interface touch points.

Prepare the weekly and monthly progress reporting and implementation of key KPI dashboard that tracks the major bulk quantities to aid in progress reporting to senior management.

Develop & Support the SFO Airport ORAT team commisisoining & go-live execution schedule.
