Freelance planning for Bridges Ltd AMP 6 & 7 water treatment work
EPCM Planner & Providing planning support to over 10 Project managers in the Kent area.
 Develop & agree with PM and Site Manager a project Work Breakdown Structure
 Develop & agree with the PM and Site Manager Scope build methodology & sequence
 Develop draft build programme (high level build sequence & methodology): Break scope of works down i.e.
systems / services and fit into WBS developed
