Mr. Arciaga is a Project Controls Manager supporting Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) in managing multiple infrastructure upgrades at LAX, VNY, and ONT airports worth over $700 million as part of its multi-billion Capital Improvement Program (CIP).  His responsibilities include organizing and leading a the team performing scheduling, cost estimating, change management, contract administration, document control, and database administration functions.
