Lead a team of 7 developers and 8 business students (McGill University) to create an eLearning web portal  for healthy lifestyle facilitators and give them the ability to create own courses and use personal payment system. Analyzed a current market situation and propose a business plan and roadmap for project integration. Provide training plans for all levels of users – facilitators and their customers
