Preparation of detailed annual production plan. Follow-up daily/weekly/monthly production figures. Supporting CAPEX process (Recording & Internal Reporting) Technical Department Project Champion  (MS Dynamic Ax Project) Supporting Technical Management with periodic or ad-hoc analysis on demand.

Responsible for the financial control of 4 factories using manufacturing and accountancy softwares. Production cost calculation. Reporting financialtables/ KPI's and variance analysis. Annual budgetting and monitoring budget versus actuals. Purchase price monitoring and analysis.
