  • Expansion of Mole B & Oil Jetty construction for Ambatovy Project Madagascar (Client: Dynatec Madagascar Inc. and Engineer: SNC Lavalin Inc. Canada). Worked as a Sr.  Planning Engineer, Since September 2008 – September 2010
    • Project planning and development using Primavera 5.0 for reporting physical progress and resource administration activities.
    • To Prepare FIDIC Clause 8.3 project baseline program.
    • To assign resources to construction schedule and updating the same weekly and monthly.

Construction of a R 550 mil Ammonium Sulphate Plant

Utilizing MS Projects to manage the master Project schedule.

Updating the project plan with all scope changes ,site instructions and environmental circumstances.

Analyzing weekly reports from the subcontractors to update the project plan.  

Preparing status reports including S-Curve, weekly and monthly progress reports.

Reporting weekly to the Client and head office in South Africa.
