As a Head of Quality Assurance (2002-2003) and Head of Engineering (1999-2001).  The main resposibility as a Head of QA is ensure that proposal to customer is comply to company ISO 9000 standard. As Head of Engineering, my mai responsibility is to ensure that software products are released as plan.
