Been with the same company since college for the last 17 years.

Creation of 100+ Baselines ranging from very small (500 act) to medium large (5000 act).  Projects mostly include new construction and renovation of Schools, libraries & Retail spaces.  Claims preparation on many of our completed projects. Also involved forensic schedule analysis of schedules from other parties and not worked on.

Prepared, monitored, analyzed and reported on CPM Schedules ($190 million in school construction projects and $17 million in a retail shopping center) using Primavera (P3)software. Prepared and distributed CPM Narrative Reports. Generated hand-drawn  logic diagrams. Prepared As-Planned vs. As-Built Schedule Analysis, Charts and Graphics. Assisted in the generation of Schedule and Cost Impact Analysis Report for various clients.
