We can start the further work after slab casting once the shuttering is removed hence both the tasks are on critical paths. There are few of the open task as it is not possbile to attach these tasks

Hi, This is good information!! Can you please explain how the critical path in the Simple Building construction schedule Primavera How the critical path jumps from to RCC Casting of slab F: 2-Aug >> Removal of Slab Shuttering and Form Work S: 28-Aug ? Also key point to note there are a few open ended tasks in the plan. I do however like the simple clean WBS and I understand this is a template.The complexity comes into play with staging of areas.
