This is a condition where there exists no free time between activities in the schedule. A [schedule] [activity] which has [Zero Float] is a [Critical Activity]. If this [activity], or a driving or driven activity is delayed then the [Project Completion] will also [slip], or [Delay] by the same [Duration].
