Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Project Planning/Control

•Develop and maintain a Work Breakdown Structure for the project.

•Create and maintain the Project Management Plans, Project Initiation Document, Risks Register & Communication Plans.

•Develop and maintain the Project Schedules.

•Identify, agree, record and update all deliverables, risks, issues and key dependencies.

•Implementing strategies developed by senior management to maximize staff utilization to target productivity.

•Track the scope of work in all areas of the project and ensure it is properly authorized and recorded.

 

Project Systems/Processes

•Develop project management systems and standards.

•Monitor all parts of the project to assess if they are meeting internal requirements & escalate if not.

 

Project Research, Review & Reporting

•Work closely with the PM and key staff to lead the timely delivery of weekly and monthly reporting processes.

•Analyze and report progress against agreed Project Schedules.

•Coordinate the production of reports, researches, minutes of meetings, specifications, activity plans and follow up actions arising with appropriate person.

•Conducting researches, business analysis and strategy formulation, preparation of business plans for top management.

 

Project Resource/Budget Control

•Work with the Project Manager and internal staff to identify all resources, budgets (CAPEX & OPEX) and timings required to deliver the project.

•Coordinate authorization of expenditure, production of purchase requisitions, receipt and authorization of all invoices.

•Monitor and report resource utilization against project schedules.

•Work closely with the market external medical stakeholders (Siemens, Philips & GE) for the implementation of fMRI in the facility.

 

Contracts Management

* Put together plans and estimates, including budgets and timescales.

* Prepare and present tender documents for tenders.

* Contribute to work planning, and brief project teams, contractors and suppliers.

* Supply information to resolve disputes if they arise or any queries.

* Identify areas for improvement in existing contracting processes.
