- Planning, bidding & estimation for a 10 storey hospital building at Lekki,
- Planning & Estimation of 4B+G+14 floor Office building at Lekki
- Planning & Estimation of sea facing G+24 floors high rise residential & commercial triple tower complex at Lekki
- Estimation of Jetties & Infrastructure, Oil refinery, fertilizer & Power Plants (EPC Contract)
- Estimation & designing- high rise mass housing residential & commercial towers & hospitals at Lagos & Abuja
