Planning and Time Controls specialist within Risk Management team of parent company. Responsibilities and achievements include:

  • The strategic development and successful implementation of Planning and Controls capabilities including Planning Standards, Assurance Processes, Knowledge Management Tools and Systems/Tools for Planning/Time Controls and Schedule Risk Analysis across the Group.
  • Delivering Planning, Controls and Schedule Risk Analysis advice to Pre-Contracts, Delivery Assurance and Risk Management during the review of Projects and Tenders to achieve successful commercial outcomes by ensuring Programmes are reliable and accurate.
  • Development of Skills and Capabilities in Planning and Controls and delivering operational (hands-on) support to Planning Managers and projects across the Group in the above: eg Tender Planning assistance, Conducting Schedule Risk Analyses of Projects, reviewing Programmes for robustness and validity.
  • Conducting Schedule Risk Analysis Workshops and Training sessions across the Asian and Middle Eastern Region resulting in over 45 trained Schedule Risk Analysis practitioners
  • Chairing of Planning Workshops for leading Practitioners across Australia, Asia and the Middle East at regular periodic intervals (refer to diagram on last page for detailed list) for knowledge sharing, coordination of Planning related projects, development of standards and support of systems and tools.

 

Successful implementation of Planning and Programming systems and tools used as standard business tools across Business, including: Primavera P6 Enterprise Framework and procedures, Schedule Risk Analysis tools, Time Chainage (programme communication) tool, Programme/Schedule analytics and metrics applications.
