o Responsible for the production and update of the Overhead Line & Power Supply Design Programme for the Project Alliance for the Network Rail Edinburgh – Glasgow Improvement Programme (EGIP) o Required constant interaction with the local Design Manager and the Off-Shore Engineers as well as the daily interface with the Alliance Engineers and Planning teams o Created and monitored the progress of Detailed Design Schedules including the requirements for all Programme interactions with relevant Design and Construction Alliance Partners. o Produced Weekly Programme Updates and Dashboard Reports to capture the progress and highlighting the potential impacts of any Design movements o Undertook regular scenario planning to provide options to mitigate any Design or Construction movements. o Interfaced with the Commercial Manager to ensure Cost and Programme align o Undertook the development of Programme Planning Processes for Systra UK Ltd o Assisted with the development of EGIP Alliance based Programme Controls Documents
