  • Developing project frameworks, including governance, risk & issues and resource planning. Managing the established governance and working processes within the team so as to ensure adherence and best practice implementation.
  • Creation of Project Initiation Documentation and Functional specifications to define project scope, managing scope and budget throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implementing and managing Change Control process, Updating and maintaining the Budget Resource sheet, Project Plan and EVM. Tracking Programme resource allocation, budgets and cost (Budget forecasts, Actuals and Variance).
  • Part of my responsibilities is to maintaining the Programme change and risk management. I also maintained and updated the Programme Action plan, Risk and Issue logs for mitigating actions. I make sure required changes to the operating models, processes and systems are implemented efficiently and consistently across the organisation.
  • I organised and facilitated workshops on Programme/project management methodologies so as train new project members and worked alongside project managers to ensure best practice is adhered to. I also provide supporting to project management team in the creation of communication plan and other project related documents.
  • Communicating with stakeholders to ensure all parties are engaged with the projects. providing support to the Programme Managers in managing the internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collating and reviewing project updates from Project Managers to ensure alignment with the Programme requirements and Stakeholders’ expectations and producing senior stakeholders’ reports periodically and on an ad hoc basis.
  • Organising and chairing requirement gathering meetings with clients and key stakeholders. Working alongside the digital BA team during requirements elicitation process; evaluating feasibility, timescales and scheduling and Producing an Outline Plans and Project Plans for the project.
  • Conducting project review meetings with quality assurance to measure overall Programme success against objectives and writing detailed Programme progress reports, which are presented to key stakeholders.
