o    Upon an instruction received from rAA prepares, tracks, validates and creates the Review report maintaining an accurate record of the files generated;

o    Tracks correspondence, monitors progress and reports project status to requesting rAA;

o    Initiates corrective actions, where actual deviate from available work instructions;

o    Any exposures (time lines, etc.…) or potential exposures must be highlighted to the requesting rAA;

o    Ensure meeting business objectives;

o    Interacts with solution design team and supports tools developers in enhancing, completing, resolving exception conditions observed on the required tool set;

o    Ensure the customer satisfaction through timely and complete responses to inquiries, and proactive problem resolution;

o    Understand customer expectations and support these through appropriate communication and action.

Part of a large transformation program which aimed at the implementation of a new SAP platform on FI, HR and SCM streams. Main responsibilities:

o    Plan phase: plan and organize events, set-up project infrastructure (IT equipment, Wi-Fi accounts, access cards, communications);

o    Analysis and Design phase: follow up on top actions, assure deadlines are respected, organize status meetings, address possible delays and issues;

o    Test phase (Complementary test and UAT): support for the knowledge transfer sessions for the testers, participate in the review of the test scenarios and test conditions in each stream, prepare and organize the tool were test cases were loaded, follow-up the defects raised, prepare reports for management on the progress of testing;

o    Training stream: planning of training sessions, facilities and infrastructure set-up, communication.
