·        Project start up, contract review, setting up the cost codes and budgets.

·        Understand , interpret contract specifications and advise contractual obligations

·        Perform and implement all post contract administration duties which includes the identification of variations, preparation of scope of work for such variations, liaise with engineering and other departments, pricing the variations, submit and negotiate, take client’s approval, notify projects to proceed upon approval.

·        Track the consumption of resources, identify & analyze cost variances or overspends, investigate the reasons and advise rectification measures.

·       Initiate contractual correspondence and attend meetings with client & sub-contractors

·        Prepare sub-contract tender documents and float enquiries, evaluation of tenders, award of sub-contracting works to successful sub-contractors

·        Re measurement of  structural works , piping works

·        Insurance, Bank Guarantee related matters; audit support 

·        Submit monthly cost and revenue reports,cost to complete reports, variance reports, narratives, report analysis, and contract closeout reports

·        Prepare invoices and up dating invoice schedules / financial statements

·        Familiar with usage of contract management systems

·        Independently handled all the commercial and contractual aspects of the project with client & sub-contractors including variation submissions, negotiations, approvals, resolving disputes, claims and project close out as per company’s policies and procedures
