Coordinates implementation/administration of new contracts and coordinates administration of existing contracts; provides input and solutions for resolution of contractual issues.Negotiates financial and operation issues with providers and practitioners for the development and implementation of often complex contracts. Manage and facilitate various aspects of the contract process, including the contracts management application and other business applications.
Contract administration including contract improve contract management tool maintenance, tracking and reporting;compiling and summarizing information about contract provisions. Areas of specialties include but not limited to: Deliver training and consultancy in Development and Execution of subcontract Strategies, Negotiation of Contract terms & Conditions & Proposals (NEC3, FIDIC, BIMCO, ICC etc.), Preparation of NPV, IRR and SWOT analysis, experienced in tender preparations and commercial evaluations, software use - Commercial Browser, ERP (MAXIMO, SAP, Oracle) and Excel.
