Project for Construction, Completion, Maintenance and Handing over Housing Bank

for Trade and Finance Corporate Headquarters Branch Bank.

Main Duties :

- Production of a Construction Programme and related documents coordinating on / off site construction processes based on the strategy agreed upon with the Project Director / Project Manager with input from the Construction Manager.

 - Orient, Subcontractors Planning Engineers on company process and procedure to prepare the schedules that should be incorporated in the Master Schedule.

- At regular intervals, but no more than monthly, a record of the actual progress shall be made.  This progress should be recorded in a standard format.  In carrying out this review the progress of the design and procurement process shall also be taken into consideration.

-  At regular intervals, but no more than monthly, the Baseline Programmed shall be reviewed and updated with the progress inputs.
