Project Controls Manager, Nigerdock Nigeria Plc - FZE, TOTAL EGINA FPSO PROJECT

1. Coordinate overall project scheduling, progress measurement, cost, estimating and change management • Conduct briefing sessions for project team members with respect to project control requirements and processes • Participate in gathering and recording lessons learned for the project • Participate in alignment meetings with the Contractor(s) and PMT to ensure common understanding of cost, schedule, estimating, progress measurement, and change management requirements

2. Support PMT with ongoing project schedule and cost analyses, budgeting, forecasting, Change Management and Reporting • Maintain Budgets and ensure that these reflect the approved project scope and WBS • Analyse, administer and process change requests for approval • Analyse cost & schedule variances, trends and forecasts • Monitor commitments, expenditures and Value of Work Done (VOWD) • Review invoices for compliance with the (Sub-) Contract (s) • Development and review of Schedules, plan vs. actual progress curves and manpower histograms, based strictly on physical progress measurement. • Monitor labour productivity. • Prepare periodical Cost, Progress and Schedule reports • Respond to ad hoc requests from PMT related to Project Controls

3. Monitoring and appraising the project performance in the areas of schedule control, progress measurement and cost control • Review and evaluate the (Sub-) Contractor’s organization, plans, performance and procedures • Ensure Integrity and Consistency between the various level of Cost, Progress Measurement and Scheduling • Assist PMT in developing/reviewing corrective actions and recovery plans, and making sure needed actions/plans are implemented • Develop and maintain cost and schedule risk analyses and registers
