Sr.Planning Engineer

• As a team player in the project control department, he successfully prepared and followed-up procurement dashboard for infrastructure and Building projects in Lusail City, Doha.
• He coordinated the master program of all landscape packages, which includes design scope and construction & time program of advanced traffic system packages.
• He managed the timely delivery of Doha Convention Centre & Tower and Sheraton Park project in downtown Doha through project lifetime, from substructure to handing-over.
• He coordinated the Master Program for infrastructure packages of mega projects up until sign-off and approved by directors, executive directors and the CEO. He reviews the Project Control Department Procedures.
• He was preparing time line for cash flow. He prepares the Procurement Dashboard for both Infrastructure and buildings packages, in addition to design consultancy service tenders.
• He reviews and evaluates Extension of Time (EOT) claims and review assessment reports from different three PMCM firms.
• He conducts and coordinates presentations for higher management for Alternative Dispute Resolution.
